项目坐落在布尔诺居住区的一个稍微倾斜的场址上。别墅的设计理念受到了花园、视觉连接和最后的亮度的启发。项目或多或少的忽视了周围的现代发展。别墅的建筑设计迎合了居住者们的生活方式，也受到了东方有形财富和精神财富的影响。别墅的基本构成元素是水平的。别墅的设计理念清楚的将单独的功能层面和建筑工种分隔了开来。别墅由一个公开的载体建筑体量和较轻的填充材料组成。载体部分包括了铁和混凝土的骨架、支撑巨大天花板的柱子，天花板的重量超额很多。

这栋正方体建筑体量的总面积是200平方米，是一栋新修建的别墅，包含了一个双高的车库和设施。别墅的社会部分位于一楼，其余的部分则位于上部楼层。在走向别墅的过程中还可以欣赏城市的风景。别墅的门廊围绕着墙壁，这些门廊被证明是很重要的住宅元素，也是别墅和外部环境之间的屏幕。使用的最基本材料是混凝土、玻璃、黑铁和木材。

The house is situated on a slightly sloping land in the residential part of Brno. It is inspired by this garden, its optical interconnection and the final lightness. It more or less ignores the surrounding modern development.It is built for the lifestyle of the residents and it is influenced by their relationship with both the tangible and spiritual values of the East. Basic compositional element is the horizontal.The concept of the house clearly separates individual functional levels and building trades. The house is composed by a confessed carrier construction and their lighter fillers.The carrier part consists of iron-concrete skeleton with pillars of square section supporting monolithic ceiling slabs, which are significantly excessed by consoled parts.

This cubic house with a total size of 10x20 metres is a one generation house with a double garage and facilities. The social part of the house is situated on the ground floor whereas the resting part is on the floor.The floor is walkable through with city views. Porches are around the walls of the house and they have proved to be a great residential element and the screen from the external environment.The basic materials used are concrete, glass, black metal and wood.
