该项目沿着一英里的白色加勒比海滩呈弧形展开，Rosewood Mayakoba是一个面积为1600英亩的豪华度假村的中心区域，四周皆是绝美的自然风景和纯洁雅致的人造景观。120个主要度假区域四周全被茂密的丛林包围，从远处看，一片翠绿，就像一个巨大的绿宝石，项目的设计采用典型的墨西哥风格。该项目沿着一片礁湖区而建，内含128个套房，套房的设计非常时尚现代，然而，在建材的选用上，设计团队使用的是产自当地丛林的一些材料。项目的建设中使用石灰岩，木材和水景等景观元素，目的是让该项目于周围的自然景观相融合。一到达该度假村，游客们便会乘坐豪华船艇或高尔夫球车将他们送往他们自己的居住地。游客们的住所上方设有日光浴板和露台，住宅区还设有跌水潭和私有码头。据悉，该度假村已经被评为墨西哥首级度假村，同时，也在2010年选为“最佳世界旅游度假村”。

The 120- key resort is surrounded by the jungle’s emerald embrace and imbued with the spirit of Mexico. Built along a network of lagoons, the resort’s 128 suites are modern in design yet crafted from indigenous materials as to appear born of the jungle. Limestone, wood and water are fused in harmony with the natural surroundings. Upon arrival, guests are transported by luxury boats or golf cart to their own personal sanctuary. Accommodations are complemented with rooftop sundecks or patios, plunge pools, and private boat docks. The resort was voted Top Resort in Mexico and 18th in the World in Travel + Leisure’s 2010 World’s Best Awards!
