2023年12月，我司参加了榆林市同锦大厦建筑设计方案投标，经过与众多单位的激烈角逐，我司取得了良好成绩，荣获优秀奖，设计成果与大家分享。

In December 2023, HM International participated in a bidding competition for the architectural design of Tongjin Building in Yulin City. We faced fierce competition from many peers, but our firm was able to achieve good results and won the Excellence Award. We are excited to share the design results with everyone.

Yulin is a city situated in the northernmost region of Shanxi Province, and it is famously known as the "Pearl on the Frontier" in northwest China. The project site is located on the west side of Wenhua South Road, Xisha District, Yulin City Center, making it easily accessible. The project covers a total land area of 8597.8 square meters, with the total construction area being 597.18 million square meters.

方案用“行云流水，塞上智谷”为设计立意，提取榆林地区风沙草滩、丘陵沟壑、云水变幻的地貌特征，利用层层起伏、高低错落的建筑体量结合流线型的金属遮阳格栅形成行云流水、高山绿谷的建筑造型，打造符合时代特征的榆林中心城区的标志性公共建筑。

The design concept for the plan is "Flowing clouds and water, the wisdom valley in Yulin". This concept is inspired by the geomorphological features of the Yulin area, such as its sandhills, grasslands, hills, ravines, and changing clouds and water. The design incorporates undulating and staggered building volumes, which are combined with curvilinear aluminum louvers to create a metaphor for flowing clouds and water. The purpose of this architecture is to create a prominent public building in the central city of Yulin that reflects the current trends and characteristics of the times.
