别墅的空间要最大程度达到舒适空间需求，就要做到以人为本，宽松自然，就舒适性其所设计的物理空间能够满足人肢体上的伸展与行为，而心理空间则要满足人精神上、视觉上的舒适感。
因此设计师将客厅、餐厅、厨房以及玄关连通，借景、对景，多重空间的组合与交融，使之形成一个相互映衬的整体空间，视野开阔，空间感扩大了数倍。
The space of the villa must reach the comfortable space demand to the greatest extent, must achieve humanist, relaxed nature, the physical space which designs on the comfortableness can satisfy the human body on the stretch and the behavior, the psychological space is to meet the human spirit, visual sense of comfort.
好的设计往往能充分依靠联想和视觉心理来分隔确定新的空间感觉，保持室内空间上的宽敞明亮能使设计达到意料之外的空间效果。
因此客厅采取了中空的设计，让楼上楼下更为通透，生活上也更为便利；餐厅与厨房保有落差，高高低低，错落有致，视觉宽敞，这样的错层让空间更有层次感，兴趣盎然。
Good design often can fully rely on association and visual psychology to determine the separation of the new sense of space, to maintain the interior space on the bright and spacious design to achieve unexpected space effect. 御金沙，作为真正地铁上盖的山湖大盘，宛如蛟龙盘踞御金沙核心位置，环山而建，拥有定制式布局设计，每一套别墅都结合山体结构，最大限度保留山体自然资源，让每位尊贵业主高居优美的山林环境之中。
The Imperial Jinsha, as a large mountain lake on the top of the real subway, just like the Jiaolong occupying the core position of the Imperial Jinsha, is built around the mountains and has a custom-made layout design. Each villa is combined with the mountain structure to maximize the preservation of the natural resources of the mountain, so that each noble owners high in the beautiful mountain environment.
双子绕膝、生活富足的御金沙业主夫妻俩找到设计师，明确其设计需求就是想要正风靡的低奢风，低奢有别于“珠光宝气”，更注重内在品质的追求，确切一些就是现代低奢的空间环境。设计师刘工，除了要满足业主对室内空间的物理需求，更多的考虑是满足业主在心理上、视觉上、精神上的需求。
The wealthy couple, who live in the Golden Sands, find a designer and make it clear that their design needs are to be in the style of low luxury, which is different from “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”and is more focused on the pursuit of inner quality, modern, low-luxury space, to be exact. Designer Liu Gong, in addition to meeting the physical needs of the owners of indoor space, more consideration is to meet the psychological, visual, spiritual needs of the owners.
