This beautiful 90m2 Haussmanien apartment is located on the first and last floor of a charismatic brick building in the 18th district of Paris. Drenched with light, highlighting the spaces historical attributes, high ceilings and herringbone parquet floors, mouldings and antique chimneys. Stephanie Lizee wanted to keep the spirit of the space by giving back the glory to these curves, starting by reunifying the elegant staircase into the apartment and restoring beautiful cement tiles and a century old wooden handrail. The apartment was totally restructured to suit the owner’s needs, a musician and a fashion stylist. A large bedroom/dressing room was created in place of the old bathroom and dressing room, while the new concrete and brass bathroom was created in the centre of the apartment. The owners wanted to be able to look at the stars from their lounge area so Stephanie Lizee created a glass roof, a unique features which gives the apartment a dream feel. Projet
