當下，城市化和西方化已演變成了潮流，在鋼筋水泥構成的公寓樓裡，我們似乎習慣了“小家庭”的生活，鄰里之間既不熟識，也很少往來。而同樣作為住宅樓公共區域中重要一環的架空層，在設計處理上也欠缺合理性，沒有發揮出應有的功能。

Nowadays, urbanization and westernization have become the trend, and in the reinforced concrete apartment buildings, we seem to be accustomed to the life of a "small family", and neighbors are neither familiar with each other, nor do they seldom come and go. As an important part of the public area of the residential building, the overhead floor also lacks reasonableness in design and does not play its proper function.

在家的空間與城市之間，「社區」作為一個重要的過渡領地，可以說是展示和重塑城市居住方式的關鍵場所。對此，九唐攜手中海集團打造的「中海·九樾府架空層」，以“全齡社區”為出發點，突破性地將架空層直接改造為容納多元生活的社區中心，成為一個集合休閒、親子、社交等複合功能為一體的生活美學空間。

Between the home space and the city, "community" as an important transitional territory, it can be said that the key place to show and reshape the way the city lives. In this regard, Jiutang and Zhonghai Group to create the "Zhonghai - Jiuyue House overhead" to "all-age community" as the starting point, a breakthrough in the overhead floor directly into a community center to accommodate a variety of life, a collection of leisure, parent-child, social and other complex functions as one of the aesthetic space of life.

本案位於淮安，舊稱淮陰、清江浦，江蘇省下轄市，是江淮流域古文化發源地之一，有“中國運河之都”的美譽。依洪澤湖，擁清江浦，風物妖嬈，久經喧囂的人們在此能感受到獨特的安寧。

The project is located in Huai’an, formerly known as Huaiyin and Qingjiangpu, a city under Jiangsu Province, which is one of the ancient cultural origins of the Jianghuai River Valley and is known as the "Capital of China’s Canals". With Hongze Lake and Qingjiang Pu, the bewitching scenery, people can feel a unique peace here after a long time of hustle and bustle.

設計上基於傳統上的創新，基於自然上的人工而並非奢侈而精雕細琢，旨在對未來動向適度的引領，以多元化的設計，迎合業主對美好生活的嚮往和彌補大眾社區的痛點，讓記憶中的“人情味”再次回到我們身邊。項目呈現的是一個擁有自然、藝術和舒適穿插在一起的獨特氣質體驗，充分考慮與周圍景觀的互融互通，構成建築與景觀、自然生態與建築的相互滲透和融合。

The design is innovative based on tradition, artificial based on nature rather than extravagant and elaborate, aiming to appropriately lead the future direction, to meet the owners’ desire for a better life and to remedy the pain points of the public community with diversified designs, and to bring back the "human touch" in our memory. The project presents a unique experience with nature, art and comfort intertwined, fully considering the interplay with the surrounding landscape, constituting a mutual penetration and integration of architecture and landscape, natural ecology and architecture.

中國人的理想家園，總是離不開鄰里情結。茶享區、棋牌區等多個區域的巧妙劃分，為志同道合的長者們開啟專屬“朋友圈”。三五知己圍坐一旁，伴隨著氤氳茶香，慢酌生活點滴真意，在交流與休憩中重拾“老友記”式的溫情。

The ideal home for Chinese people is always a neighbourhood. The tea and chess area is cleverly divided into several areas to open an exclusive "circle of friends" for like-minded seniors. Sitting around a group of friends, with the fragrance of tea, they can slowly enjoy the true meaning of life and regain the warmth of "old friends" in the exchange and rest.

此外，我們還打造了別具一格的休閒閱讀吧，讓大家有了一個“以書會友”的空間。泡一杯茶，捧一卷書，聞著茶香，嗅著書香，忙碌之餘卸下一身疲憊後來感知閱讀的力量，不失為人生一幸事。

As a community "energy supply station", the elevated floor compensates for the limitations of outdoor space under the sun and rain, and provides community fitness enthusiasts with an all-season, all-weather, all-time sports venue that can be easily accessed from downstairs.

大膽的顏色和圖案的使用，結合豐富的活動設施種類，給予了各個空間獨特的使用感受，為每個區域創造了一種身份屬性。除了富有趣味和親民的設計，層高的尺度給予了室內活動極大的靈活性和舒適度，加以簡潔現代的室內燈光，寬敞明亮，作為運動場地再為合適不過。

The use of bold colors and patterns, combined with a rich variety of activity facilities, gives each space a unique feeling of use and creates an identity for each area. In addition to the fun and user-friendly design, the scale of the floors gives great flexibility and comfort for indoor activities, and the simple and modern interior lighting makes it spacious and bright, which is perfect as a sports venue.

珍藏童心 放飛夢想

Treasure Hearts Fly Dreams

孩童永遠是充滿活力，最為跳脫的新生群體。當孩子的想像力和好奇心轉化為求知欲，沒有圍擋的“遊林戲逐”區由此而來。整個活動區融娛樂、益智和休憩於一體，讓孩子可以盡情玩鬧、嬉戲，打造沉浸式IP娛教一體，給孩子童年一個奇妙之旅。

The whole activity area integrates entertainment, education and rest, allowing children to play and frolic, creating an immersive IP entertainment and education integration, giving children a wonderful journey in childhood.

With the power of design, Jiutang has created a warm and contented all-age suitable shelf. From continuous humanized care to the upgrading and iteration of the community’s neighborhood emotions, the space is returned to life, making a beautiful homecoming experience within reach.
