Gensler designed the Mohammed Indimi International Business Center at Lynn University located in Boca Raton, Florida.
The 32,000 square-foot Mohammed Indimi International Business Center is a key component of Lynn University’s campus master plan, strategically designed by Gensler.
Home to Lynn’s College of Business and Management, the building is an informal gateway from the west end of campus. The building’s 11 classrooms, 10 study rooms, 29 faculty and staff offices, and several collaboration spaces were each designed to encourage interactions among student, faculty and business professionals.
Architecturally, visitors are welcomed by a two-story lobby and the Snyder Idea Lab, designed to promote entrepreneurial works. An open staircase invites guests to visit classrooms, open seating areas and professional offices on the upper levels.
A central spine joins technology-equipped classrooms at the building’s core, while collaborative and study spaces line the façade. Interior transparent dividers and exterior-facing windows maximize daylight and allow occupants to remain visually connected to activity occurring in and outside of the building.
Lynn’s International Business Center earned LEED Platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council in 2016.
