Transforming a space with more than 100 years of life and unique shape into an open and carefree home is the great challenge that we face in this project.
The house is developed around three large areas.
A large main space where the kitchen with an island is presented as the heart of the house. The kitchen is conceived as a central element around which the main day areas are developed.
A suite bedroom with a dressing room and a small work area shapes the night area.
Finally, the great secret of the house, an interior patio where a wall that we maintain with all its scars is the main element. Both the day area and the night area enjoy this last space through four large windows where yellow is the protagonist.
The result of the intervention is a house where our clients, a young couple who love music and cinema, are perfectly reflected.
A house where the new and the old coexist in equal parts.
