Nakhrisi factory had been working with the title of “ Khosravi Cotton and Textile Company and electricity”. This factory was the first and the biggest factory in Khorasan which has been equipped with different textile and spinning machinery in new style.
Nakhrisi factory has been one of the largest industrial units, and in the year 1935, about 1180 people were employed in the factory. The factory also had 10864 spinning ducts and 150 knitting machines.
In 2004 Nakhrisi Factory was moved to Neyshabour in order to have a bigger space and its old building has been abandoned.
According to the history, this factory has been have industrial and producer role which have contributed several powermen and machineries . Creating new work activities with researchers and using unusable parts of broken industrial machines, are some of our aims in revitelization this project. We have designed a researcher center to revitalize the industrial role of this building again which researchers reuse broken industrial machines in this place to make new machinery with assayment and Technology. So there will spirit new laboratory acts and new jobs in this area. Also according to the title of this factory “ Khosravi Cotton and Textile Company and electricity” and the keyword “electricity” , using solar panels on the roof of this building can help to provide electricity for laboratories for energy saving.
