设计亮点
该项目充分融合了生态与科技元素,打造了一个生产、生活、生态三者结合的宜居空间,尤其在景观设计上,巧妙地利用现有地形,营造出别有洞天的后花园,使人们在城市中也能感受到大自然的宁静与美好。

项目位于江苏省常州市天宁经济开发区青龙-东青地块内。片区整体定位为“智造产业片区”,塑造生产、生活、生态”三生结合”的宜居空间,新发展区将与当地自然环境深度融合,最大程度优化现有生态系统,为区域发展创造良好的环境背景。基地外侧是丁塘港与西河支流的汇水口,周边散布形态各异的水塘,规划将水塘改造成大型湖体,引入丁塘港水脉,围绕湖体布局产业园区,打造带动区域创新的研发创意中心和生活配套服务集聚区。

The project is located in the Qinglong-Dongqing plot of Tianning Economic Development Zone, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The overall positioning of the area is the “Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Zone”, which creates a livable space that combines production, life, and ecology. The new development area will be deeply integrated with the local natural environment, optimize the existing ecological system to the greatest extent, and create a good environmental background for regional development. The outside of the base is the confluence of the Dingtang Port and the West River tributary, surrounded by water ponds of various shapes. The plan is to transform the water ponds into a large lake, introduce the water system of Dingtang Port, layout industrial parks around the lake, and create a research and development creative center and living supporting service gathering area that drives regional innovation.

别有洞天的后花园

A Wonderland Backyard

现阶段弧形主干道外侧保留了大面积微丘地形的绿地空间,为用地功能预留弹性,增加场地的视线丰富度,之后随未来土地出让及建设管理模式需求进行调整。从弧形主干道一侧的巷道进入,忽然间就由满眼冰冷的城市立面置身于自然之中,豁然开朗,围绕建筑及湖体高低起伏的缓坡地形上生态林带成组团布局,柔化了建筑刚硬的线条,湖面透出波光粼粼的倒影,虚景与实景结合,就好像建筑生长于自然之中。

At the current stage, the green space with a large area of micro-hilly terrain is reserved outside the curved main road as a flexible land use function to increase the visual richness of the site. It will be adjusted according to the future land transfer and construction management mode requirements. Entering from the alley on the side of the city’s main road, you suddenly find yourself in nature from the cold urban facade, and you feel refreshed. Ecological forest belts are grouped and laid out on the gently sloping terrain around the building and the lake, softening the rigid lines of the building. The lake surface reflects the sparkling waves, and the virtual and real scenes are combined, as if the building grows in nature.

结合场地竖向和水体形态进行多层级道路布置,实现交通的分层分级统筹,靠近建筑一侧设置了与城市干道相连接的核心区车行道,方便快速通行,内侧滨水慢行道可供游人散步游览,河堤与湿地水泡区域设置沉水栈桥贯通园区。

Combining the vertical and water body forms of the site, a multi-dimensional road layout is designed to achieve overall planning of traffic. A core area roadway connected to the urban main road is set on the side close to the building for convenient and fast passage. The inner side of the waterfront slow lane is available for visitors to stroll and visit, and a sunken pontoon bridge is set up to connect the park with the riverbank and wetland water bubble area.

流动的绿心

Flowing green heart

我们将原有水系和池塘水面重新统筹,运用古典园林的理水手法,梳理自然水体,形成中心湖面景观。沿湖驳岸进行生态化处理,同时湖岸南侧布置生态浮岛与梯级湿地,广阔的湖面与狭长的梯级湿地进行疏密对比,主次分明。项目重塑了自然有机的湖岸形态,相较于人工化的传统硬质驳岸优势明显,有助于恢复水系的生态本底,加强承载和演替能力,为周边的动植物提供栖息的多样化空间。

We will comprehensively reorganize the original water systems and pond surfaces, applying classical garden techniques of water management to refine the natural water bodies and create a central lake landscape. Ecological treatments will be applied along the lake’s embankments, while ecological floating islands and tiered wetlands will be arranged on the south side of the lake. The contrast between the expansive lake surface and the narrow tiered wetlands creates a clear distinction and hierarchy. The project reshapes the natural and organic form of the lake shore, which offers significant advantages over artificial and traditional hard embankments. It helps restore the ecological foundation of the water system, enhances its carrying capacity and succession ability, and provides diverse habitats for surrounding wildlife and plants.

湖体作为丁塘港河道防洪排涝的调蓄湖,是产业园核心的海绵生态体系。丁塘港水位过高时泄洪入湖,把河水径流的高峰流量暂留在湖中,沉淀洪水中的杂质,也可消纳场地降雨时多余的地表径流,在一定程度上提高了雨水资源利用率。围绕湖体的多处梯级湿地通过跌水高差优化湖体自循环,增加水体富氧量,有利于生态系统构建,具有降低雨洪污染、净化水质的作用。湿地中不同水生植物种植斑块以“∞”型流向设置,推动水流前进,保证流速变化,对湖体自净起到积极作用,避免形成死水。

As a detention lake for flood control and drainage in the Dingtang Port waterway, the lake serves as the core of the sponge ecological system in the industrial park. When the water level in Dingtang Port is too high, floodwater is discharged into the lake, temporarily retaining the peak flow of river runoff in the lake, precipitating impurities in the floodwater, and also absorbing excess surface runoff during site rainfall, to a certain extent, improving the utilization rate of rainwater resources. The various tiered wetlands surrounding the lake optimize the lake’s self-circulation through differences in water elevation, increasing oxygen levels in the water and facilitating ecosystem development. They play a role in reducing stormwater pollution and purifying water quality. Different aquatic plant species are planted in patches within the wetlands, arranged in an “∞” pattern to promote water flow, maintain varying flow velocities, and actively contribute to the lake’s self-purification, preventing the formation of stagnant water.

种植设计普遍使用乡土植物,降低维护成本,营造适合小动物栖息的生境,保持生态平衡。丰富的植物群落增加了园区的植物多样性,同时增强了游人体验,改善基地小气候。生态浮岛区域上层树种以高大的杉类植物为主,整体视线通透,局部片植花灌木,形成视觉变化,品种包括水杉、枫杨、乌桕、碧桃等,下层种植低维护的菖蒲、千屈菜、香蒲等水生植物,形成丰富临水空间。疏林草坪区域采用孤赏树和片植树相结合的方式,划分舒朗空间和密林空间,营造活动氛围,上层植物使用朴树、榔榆、香椿、香樟等遮阴大乔木,下层观赏植物主要有月季、狼尾草、马鞭草等,在视野开阔区域设置亲水木平台,并配置多种湿生植物进行围合,营造相对静谧的游憩空间。

Native plants are widely used in the planting design to reduce maintenance costs, create habitats suitable for small animals, and maintain ecological balance. The diverse plant communities enhance the botanical diversity of the park, while also improving the visitor experience and ameliorating the microclimate of the site. The upper layer of the ecological floating island area consists mainly of tall fir trees, providing a clear line of sight, while patches of flowering shrubs create visual changes. Tree species include Metasequoia, maple poplar, Chinese tallow and peach, while lower layers consist of low-maintenance aquatic plants such as Calamus, scallops and cattail, creating a rich waterfront space. The sparse forest and lawn areas combine solitary trees and clusters of trees to divide open spaces and dense forest spaces, creating an atmosphere for activities. The upper layer of vegetation includes Park tree, elm, Chinese toon and camphor trees for shade, while the lower layer includes ornamental plants such as roses, wolftail and verbena. In open areas, water-friendly wooden platforms are set up, surrounded by various wetland plants, creating relatively serene recreational spaces.

亲近自然的场所

A place close to nature

我们创造了一个功能复合、亲近自然的公共绿地,开敞空间中疏林草地、滨水缓坡等区域弹性保留,平日里视野更加开阔,节庆活动时进行重塑利用,结合随坡就势的停坐台阶搭建草坪剧场,为人们提供了互动和交流的场所,未来会逐步成为文艺创新活动的聚集地。精心设计的沉水栈道拉近了人与水的距离,让行走的体验变得更有趣味性。多条湿地栈道穿插在生态浮岛和水生植物之中,能改变视线焦点达到步移景异的效果。这类私密的空间可供人们安静地休息和思考,获得与自然亲密接触的机会。

We have created a functionally diverse and nature-friendly public green space, where open spaces such as sparse forests and waterfront slopes are flexibly preserved, providing a broader view on regular days. During festive events, they can be reshaped and used in conjunction with terraced seating steps to create a grassy theater, offering a place for interaction and communication. The carefully designed sunken boardwalk brings people closer to the water, making walking experiences more engaging. Multiple wetland walkways interweave among the ecological floating islands and aquatic plants, changing the focal points and creating a diverse and dynamic visual experience. These intimate spaces provide opportunities for people to rest and contemplate quietly, fostering a close connection with nature.

夜景照明系统根据夜间人群聚集程度判断重点照明区域,规划不同亮度和色彩的灯光,同时采用新型节能灯具,降低碳排放。除常规灯具外配备智能照明灯具,具备信息发注、安全监控、音响、无线网络等智能组件,日常状态只开启功能照明,有活动需求可变化为多种组合的氛围灯光,提供动感活泼的活动照明。夜晚灯光透过水面展现出周边楼宇和植物的倒影,使得园区更加有氛围和轮廓感。

The nighttime lighting system determines key illuminated areas based on the density of nighttime crowds, planning lights with different brightness and colors. It also utilizes new energy-saving lighting fixtures to reduce carbon emissions. In addition to conventional lighting fixtures, intelligent lighting fixtures equipped with features such as information distribution, security monitoring, sound systems, and wireless networks are provided. In daily operation, functional lighting is used, while during events, the lighting can be adjusted to create various atmospheric effects, providing dynamic and lively activity lighting. The nighttime lighting, reflecting off the water surface, showcases the reflections of surrounding buildings and plants, enhancing the atmosphere and contours of the park.

生态化、人性化的景观可以促进产业园区的社会责任和利益平衡,提供了日常休闲娱乐等多重服务,提高园区工作者的满意度和幸福感,从而促进园区往绿色创新发展的道路上前进。在这里,节奏开始变缓,通过多种景观元素的有机结合,人们放松身心,互动交往,享受自然的美好。

Ecological and humanized landscape can promote the balance of social responsibility and interests of industrial parks, provide multiple services such as daily recreation and entertainment, improve the satisfaction and happiness of workers in the park, so as to promote the park to the road of green innovation development. Here, the pace slows down, and through the organic integration of various landscape elements, people can relax, interact, and enjoy the beauty of nature.
