The concept of the treatment of the building of the former Germia is divided into a process which treats the poetic element that this building has. We cannot create an icon by covering another icon, we cannot allow the architectural identity to fade by covering these buildings.

We will return to the former Germia building the phenomenon it had, memories, feelings and experiences that citizens had about this building, even though it touches a significant part of our history.

Transparency, openness and attention will be returned to the building. This building will be treated with sensitivity and with a gentle rigor in the context of its preservation, the addition of volume will be done initially under the concept of restoration because exactly the area proposed for intervention once had structural facades with large openings, also the building the ground floor will be opened to create a continuum. In the upper part, in addition to adding the polycarbonate element, we will also add the upper garden, which creates a psycho-emotional experience.

The connection to the plateau and the back garden will create an environmental sustainability.
