One Space was tasked to complete a hybrid workplace design for the Juniper Networks offices in Hong Kong.
One Space has helped establish the first agile model for Juniper in Hong Kong marking the start of the new hybrid way of working. The new space is located at bustling Times Square, designed to support collaboration and accommodate the flexibility of 30% flux in occupancy. We have created a variety of work setting choices and bookable rooms. There are ample storage space for personal belongings in the lockers. Each unassigned workpoint has a large screen, USB-C docking with an ergonomic task chair designed to sit or stand comfortably.
Working with the client’s workplace experience team, our design reinforces the core values of bringing customers with the best possible experience – and we want to do the same for the people with this new office. We also understand that every organisation has many valid voices and that it’s our design work concept that aligns those voices into an optimised consensus.
The design & planning not only acted as the catalyst to enhance the workplace experience, but the design is a ‘proof-of-concept’ that the strategy in return provides longevity and adaptability to the client’s fixed & flexible assets.
