The modern residential complex Zaman is located in the east of Kazakhstan, in the heart of the city of Atyrau, near the main square.
The formation of the complex in the general plan is not accidental, the architecture was dictated by difficult climatic conditions - the closed location of ten blocks of different floors protects the spacious courtyard from the scorching sun and dust storms. As well as a well-developed infrastructure, which includes its own shopping and entertainment center and a commercial zone, has made it possible to create an almost autonomous residential complex, which has everything that is necessary for everyday life.
To eliminate the excessive solidity of the building, it was decided to design all the blocks in different modern architectural styles. Due to the different shades and materials, it was possible to create a visually harmonious and luxurious residential complex of unlike blocks.
The combination of brown marble, glass, stone and bronze copper forms a rich play of materials and accents the image in the architectural ensemble of Atyrau, and conveys all the richness of nature and culture of this region.
