PROJECT STATEMENT

宁海度假谷项目是一个多阶段开发，充分利用了宁海市郊区丘陵地带的美丽山谷。场地规划以景观为主导，旨在保护和改善现有的显着森林条件。一个大型淡水水库，设计和雕刻成一个自然化的湖泊，以项目为中心，旨在捕获重要的现场水资源供开发使用，然后在供应充足的情况下分配给城市。

The Ninghai Resort Valley project was a multi-staged development that took full advantage of a stunningly beautiful mountain valley along the hilly outskirts of Ninghai city. The site planning was led by landscape in an effort to protect and enhance the remarkable existing forested conditions. A large fresh water reservoir, designed and sculpted as a naturalized lake, centered the project with the intent of capturing the significant on-site water resources for use by the development and later, as supply warranted, distribution to the city.

In an effort to minimize the building footprint in this valley and still meet the development proforma, the project consists of 5 major high-rise residential towers, a modest low rise lakeside villa community and selected commercial developments (grocery, pharmacy, medical, etc.) to support the residents of the community in an effort to reduce commuting pressures. Roads and parking were reduced to a minimum and a shuttle system strategy was combined to reduce overall vehicle demand. An adjacent and interconnected valley was designed as a quiet, low-key, low-rise health and wellness resort set within agricultural fields and orchards.
