Located at the convergence of the neighborhoods of Palermo and Villa Crespo, the morphological approach of this building arises from the relationship with its built environment, proposing to equalize the limit height on Avda. Córdoba, thus consolidating the predominant urban profile. However, towards the interior of the site, the volume is removed laterally, reducing its height to avoid exposed party walls, as well as not removing natural lighting from the low bordering buildings. In this way, the complex ends up being made up of two volumes that respond, each one, to formal needs in urban terms.
For its part, the main façade is materialized thanks to a criterion of balconies resolved as folded and alternating ribbons, which generate a rhythmic front linked to speed and movement, giving the whole autonomy and identity but without neglecting the recomposition of the building profile above Avenue. The upper levels become even more permeable, taking advantage of the tranquility and open views that the height provides.
The complex has 108 functional units and a complete program of amenities such as an in-out pool, gym, garden, multipurpose room, spa and kids club.
