This book is an overview of the extend of cultural damage in western Europe during World War Two. It discusses only the effect of war damage upon historic monuments. The chronological timeline shows the dates and cities that were affected during the air raids. The area bombings presented were mostly carried out by the British RAF and German Luftwaffe.
The book is french fold with perforated lines on every page to "open" the pages. The information is displayed on the outside of the page and duotone images are "inside" the pages. In order to see the images you need to destroy the book.
