Located in the heart of the prominent residential area of Milan, City Life, the apartment is a little gem.
Forty square meters exploited to the fullest and twenty square meters of terrace.
Home of a young and enterprising professional, who has chosen to live in the new Milanese heart, in a
beautiful residence of recent construction.
The house is a great example of "parva sed apta mihi", small, minimal and yet cozy and comfortable.
A living area with dining table and kitchen by Ernesto Meda, all optimized and designed for everyday use
and for dinners with friends thanks to the extendable table. The terrace becomes an integral part of the living
area, and the view of City Life becomes a painting.
The bedroom, very large, is preceded by a walk-in closet designed specifically for the customer, the fullheight
mirror doubles the perception.
The bathroom is simple and elegant, with wooden elements that warm the atmosphere.
