ADP Architects designed an open and colorful space for the Maersk offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Maersk is a Danish shipping company, operating the largest container shipping line and vessel in the world. The company has subsidiaries and offices across 130 countries and around 83,000 employees worldwide. In Vietnam, Maersk and ADP have been working together since 2013 with 3 projects in Saigon and Hanoi offering a global-standard workspace for employees while better implementing the company strategies in the Vietnam market.

Based on Maersk’s requirements for office renovation, the modern, premium “home” follows the agile model and expresses the branding and industry characteristics of a logistics company. Getting inspiration from the Upside with the integrated logistics of Maersk, ADP wanted to reflect the brightness of this Upside city inside the new office of our client. The new workplace applied the agile model that offers the right work settings for the right tasks- “to be with you in every single task”.

“DISCOVER THE UPSIDE” is more than a successful marketing campaign by the Logistic giant, MAERSK. It’s a promise to “Improve life for all by integrating the world”. It’s a message about viewing challenges from a unique perspective and seizing opportunities to make a difference.

In the face of economic difficulties, many companies prioritize cost optimization. However, with the “UPSIDE” perspective, MAERSK believes investing in people is the key to success.
