This project includes a set of buildings located inside the Port premises that aspire to provide all the necessary services progressively. As a main characteristic, it is necessary to mention the use of a material – prefabricated white concrete slabs – that appears in all of them. It guarantees certain homogeneity to the buildings that respond to diverse programs. This material will fulfill different functions: from those of latticework to ventilated exterior sheet of more complex enclosures.

除了调度室之外，以上提到的这些功能空间在外观上并无十分明显的差异。商用区域、维修车间和用于存放渔网的小仓库等均采用了较为密闭的建筑形式，这种不张扬的处理手法主要是考虑到建筑本身的功能比较简单。相似的元素虽然被重复运用，却避免了对称和位移的观感，最终以不同的形式出现在一系列建筑当中。
On the other hand, the different programs referred above have the same lack of significance: with the possible exception of the control building.
