The design of this office tower has a quirky concept and a clear landmark function with fantastic visibility. The building has excellent accessibility with a direct connection to the A73.

The office building has ten floors. The spacious parking deck has 147 parking spaces on two parking levels. This sustainable structure boasts approximately 64,578 square feet of office space. In addition to office space, the tower also provides for a common canteen, meeting rooms, plant rooms, storage rooms, and bicycle storage.

The use of sustainable elements is an important part of the project, which meets the latest Energy Performance Standard 1.0. The building is also equipped with heat storage systems using under-floor heating as well as cooling that makes for a very comfortable working environment.
