Monterro (founded in 2012) is a joint venture and private equity company with a large number and sufficient operating experience. Also a hands-on growth investor targeting software companies in the Nordic region. 

Scandinavian interior design style which is a minimalistic style using a blend of textures and soft hues to make sleek, modern decor feel warm and inviting. It emphasizes clean lines, utility, and simple furnishings that are functional, beautiful, and cozy. 

About the variations of colors scheme, VietDECOR uses a flexible spectrum of secondary colors – but those palettes will never be mixed, a lot of white space in order to keep the minimal and clean look and feel consistent. Monterro’s secondary colors will be mainly used to highlight certain sections – they can be applied as background colors, shapes and icons. 

Coherent layout is our strong point for designs that are always tight but still flexible and scalable, also priority for offices exposed to sunlight more. The breakout space in the middle is centered as a co-working space, creates a comfortable and flexible open workspace. The meeting room near the lobby so as not to affect internal activities.

There is an expansion towards the server room, the photocopying room which is a corridor leading to the expansion area and therefore the server room is at the central and fixed positions.

Relevant to the materials used, we prioritize sustainability and environmental friendliness. Lobby, corridor, storage, pantry cabinet using floor tiles for clean and durable, all the rooms were carpeted and tempered glass, dry wall partition; even hardware and accessories were selected to match general idea content.
