潮玩主意90后的乐享之家对于当代年轻人而言，艺术和潮玩都是不可或缺的。作为艺术新浪潮的一个分支，潮玩总能带给年轻人更为大胆、有活力的艺术体验，钟爱它的人也更加敢于表达真实的自我。
For contemporary young people, art and fashion play are indispensable. As a branch of the new wave of art, trendplay can always bring young people more bold and energetic artistic experience, and those who love it are more daring to express their true selves.
生活不仅需要艺术，更需要潮玩的态度。
即使年龄增长，也依旧怀揣一颗不愿为世俗改变的赤子之心；同时对自己生活空间的规划，也会比别人多一份对陈列机能的需求。
Life needs not only art, but also the attitude of fashion. Even as they grow older, they still have a childlike heart that doesn’t want to change for the secular world; At the same time, the planning of their own living space will also have more demand for display function than others.

项目本身定位于都市年轻新贵，专门为30岁的两口或者即将变成三口之家的年轻人打造，89平米的户型适合而立夫妻。
90后的年轻人逐渐沉稳，但是他们对自己的生活与追求与70、80后截然不同，更强调自我舒适与精致生活。
The project itself is targeted at the young and newly rich in the city. It is specially designed for the 30-year-old young people with two or about to become a family of three. The 89 square meter apartment is suitable for couples. However, their life and pursuit are quite different from those of the Post-70s and post-80s, with more emphasis on self comfort and exquisite life.
餐厅Dining room
镜像生活天生唯我的聚享空间
设计师在原本户型的基础之上将厨房调整为开放式，调整了生活阳台的墙体位置，扩大了餐厨空间的的使用面积。
Based on the original house type, the designer adjusted the kitchen to open type, adjusted the wall position of living balcony, and expanded the use area of kitchen space.
客餐厅空间内采用大面积的灰镜，让空间在视觉上变得更加通透，也更具潮流与时代气息。在这个纷扰的时代，每个人的生活可能都需要“镜像”时刻。

设计师在原本户型的基础之上将厨房调整为开放式，
The designer is based on the original house type, Adjust the kitchen to open.
调整了生活阳台的墙体位置，扩大了餐厨空间的的使用面积。
The wall position of the living balcony has been adjusted,The use area of kitchen space is expanded.
新世代的社交模式已经慢慢改变，餐饮空间变成了一个家庭最重要的聚合与交流空间，这里也成为了家庭的第一共享空间。
The social pattern of the new generation has slowly changed,Dining space has become the most important aggregation and communication space for a family, and it has also become the first shared space for the family.
03卧室Bedroom
精致之至回归温雅的私人领地卧室回归简约与温馨，原白为底，以克制的珊瑚红色点缀，让整个空间以温暖的基调示人，让忙碌的节奏与生活慢下来。
Bedroom return to simple and warm, original white as the bottom, with restrained coral red embellishment, let the whole space show people with warm tone, let busy rhythm and life slow down.
主卧飘窗两侧原本的风井拆除，改成书架层板，增加了收纳功能，让飘窗成为独立的一个小小的世界。

90后的家庭生活已然上线，事业初有成的一代终究将成为社会中坚，这套样板间的设计方案也出自90后设计师。
