ADP-architects were tasked with the design for the offices of Quoine, a fintech company located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The office took place at Saigon Center where we have designed and built the new office for QUOINE – a leading Fin-tech company in Japan. Since it specializes in a special leading-edge field of business requiring a high technical competency, Quoine desires to create an inspiring work space design that draws talents and expresses the brand identity.
ADP primarily bases the design of Quoine office on the concept of Bitcoin Flow and technology light. The office should visualize the qualities of transparency, trust and modernity, while attracting and retaining talents. The qualities of transparency, trust and modernity are sharply imbued by the combination of materials. White marble at the reception area and lobby going in pair with glass panels along the office represents the values of reflection, transparency and clarity that are core to a Finance – Technology enterprise. Besides, the office itself presents the brand identity by a system of lights, glass and blue light lines which put on show the typical characteristics of Quoine.
The functional areas and sections in the office are put in a rational layout to ensure the best work experience, thus aiding Quoine to draw and maintain the expertise manpower. The working desks are placed separately to emphasize high concentration. Far and near interactive areas and brainstorming spaces enable a better interaction of employees. In addition, the bar, dining room and lounge are provided as accommodations for staff’s recreation and relaxation.
By upgrading working environment, new office support staffs to improve work life balance, make them feel proud and excited everyday they walk into the office.
