王董是该项目一期和二期的首席顾问兼执行建筑师，负责总体规划、一栋顶层有六星级酒店的超高层办公塔楼以及标志性的椭圆形大型零售商场。概念设计建筑师

Kohn Pederson Fox Associates (KPF)

是该项目的合作伙伴。

作为沈阳市中心最高的建筑，这座超高层写字楼将成为“城市门户”和市府广场前的重要地标。毫无疑问，最终落成的建筑群将塑造未来城市的天际线。

Wong Tung is the Lead Consultant and Executive Architect for phase 1 & 2 of the project, and was responsible for the overall master planning and one of these super high

star hotel at the top as well as the large iconic oval shaped retail mall. Project in partnership is Kohn Pederson Fox Associates (KPF) as the Concept Design Architect.

Being the tallest structure in Shenyang city centre, the super high-rise office tower would act as an ‘urban gateway’ and a prominent landmark fronting the City Plaza. The eventualized development cluster will no doubt enrich the city’s skyline in the coming future.
