北京英特宜家作为北京近来少有的大型商业,建筑面积约55万平米,室内设计面积约6万平米,项目整个投资造价约50亿,是整个英特宜家集团在全世界投资最大的旗舰商业购物中心。
Beijing Inter IKEA Shopping Center, as a rarely spotted large-scale shopping mall, owns about 550,000㎡building area and about 60,000㎡interior area. The total investment topped nearly 5 billion RMB, IICG’s biggest investment among the worldwide flagship shopping malls.
作为北欧具有代表性的品牌管理,整个购物中心从建筑到室内沿袭了北欧特色,是宜家特有的斯堪的纳维亚简约风格。购物街中庭天光饱满倾斜进入室内,自然光在白天起到大面积照明,节约能源的同时贯彻了地域风格特色,而天花构架采用大规模LED灯光矩阵,夜晚呈现出如北欧极光的梦幻多变。每层购物街在任何空间视角上都能全方位浏览商店店面,拥有最直观的视觉感受,侧板采用柔和自然色的陶板,配合简洁内饰天花,带给购物人群清爽自然、简约舒适的空间体验。
As a representative Northern European brand, Inter IKEA has continued to follow the Scandinavian style in both the exterior and interior space of the shopping mall. A typical Scandinavian simplicity is perceived everywhere in the project. Atrium skylight, directly casting into the interior space, can maximize the use of natural light in daytime. Therefore, natural light makes up for a majority of lightings in daytime, achieving energy conservation, while at the same time, continuing unique regional characteristics. LED lighting matrix is applied to a large percent of ceiling, creating a romantic changing aurora scenario of North-Europe at night. Any view angle on each level of the shopping mall could overlook the entire shopping space, offering the most direct vision experience. The use of soft and natural colored terracotta bulkhead, together with the simple ceiling finish, deliver a refreshing, natural, simple and comfortable shopping experience.
