设计亮点

预制轻钢结构建造，室内外空间与自然环境紧密结合，提供独特的度假体验。

选址与体量 | Place and Massing

树屋位于河南洛阳栾川老君山5A级风景区的中天门，海拔约1688m。整个两层体量的建筑，面积仅41平方米，是一个集住宿、茶室、会客厅的微型建筑。这次设计实验着重讨论了预制建造系统与场所的关系，并进一步将形态、结构、空间、功能、家具等设计要素整合为一个有机的整体。

The stilted tree house, as a perfect weekend getaway or guesthouse, is located on a rock in Laojun Mountain, HeNan Province. The height between the site and the downward walkway is about 6m.

树屋高高地踞于老君山的一块大岩石之上，距离栈道高差约6m，室外台阶紧挨石壁，仅一侧设置扶手，促使身体与岩石发生紧密联系。建筑体量是两个盒子上下迭合而成，它们互相扭转，共用一条对角线。如此，一层盒子可形成前后两个三角形的小平台，前方小平台可以看云海；二层盒子则提供两个出挑的三角形端部。一端形成入口的灰空间，另一端则将场地一棵大树包围。通过这一扭转操作而呈现的姿态是对场地里的三棵20多米高的大树、悬崖岩石的极好回应。

The steps leading to the house are next to the steep rock cliff, a natural handrail. The building, stacked by two boxes, stands amid three high trees, more than 20 meters, and cliff rocks. They are rotated along their centres at an angle to share a diagonal line. Thus, the bottom box gives two small platforms on the front and back sides, while the upper one provides two cantilevered corners, which respectively provides a covered entrance, and a third platform enclosing a tree on the site.

差异性 | Differentiation

两个盒子体量的设计规划呈现多层次的差异性。在几何尺寸上，一层盒子矮且宽（宽度、长度几乎撑满了三棵大树所限定的最大空间），二层盒子则高且窄；在体量上，一层是“安分”的盒子，没有任何凹凸，二层则显得“活泼”，悬挑的屋顶梁架、楼板限定了灰空间；在材质设计上，一层表皮由素色水泥板横纹覆盖，视觉效果冷酷、坚硬，二层则由棕色木板竖纹包裹，温暖开敞；在空间划分方面，一层沿水平方向被前后划分成三个空间，二层则在后部进行上下划分；在功能层面，一层较为私密，布置卫生间、楼梯和卧室，二层布置开放性客厅、茶室及其上方的阁楼、三个户外平台；在开窗方面，一层开口主要在盒子端部，采用隐框的构造做法，二层则将屋顶面完全打开，并在角部提供一个转角凸窗；在视线设计上，一层是前视山林与云海，二层在室内空间的视线还被特意引向天空感受树冠与苍穹，在低矮的茶室空间视线被引向后方的岩石，在半室外的平台则可以触摸参天大树，在室外的三角形平台则可俯视栈道与进户台阶。

The two boxes are differentiated deliberately. 1.size, wider vs. taller; 2. material , cement board slats, cool vs. brown wood slats, warm; 3. space organization ,horizontally subdivided into 3 zones-subdivided vertically; 4.program, more private, with a bathroom, stairs, and bedroom vs. with an open living room, a tea room and an attic above

it; 5. window, opening mainly at the end of the box vs. both the roof and a corner are opened up; 6. viewscape, front views, vs. the sky, canopy of trees, the tea-room space to the rear rock.

楼梯 | Staircase

这两个盒子空间由一个木质楼梯联通上下。楼梯下方的空间也被巧妙利用，底部运用三角形折面处理，这样可扩大卧室的可利用空间，并形成独特的空间体验。楼梯的扶手、阁楼的栏杆、爬梯都连为一体，成为两个空间中一个流动的要素。所有的家具都自己设计，并由当地木工制作。

二层盒子的整个凸窗在转角位置特意取消窗框，仅由玻璃直接围合，因而视线得以最大程度的开放、连续。窗台的高度450mm，在功能上成为坐凳。凸窗的结构使用钢框架，仅布置在底部，起到承托作用。二层室外平台的栏杆采用弱化的策略，采用直径10mm的钢筋作为竖向立杆，以减少对盒子体量的影响。

The two boxes are connected by a wooden staircase. The space under the stairs is also cleverly utilized, and the treatment at the bottom expands the available space for the bedroom and creates a unique space experience. The handrails of the stairs, the railings of the attic, and the ladders are all integrated into one, which is a owing element in these two spaces.

施工建造 | Construction

主体建筑使用预制的轻钢结构建造方式，悬浮的体量得以减少对场地的破坏。地板表面材料为PVC材料，以应对极端条件下的山林潮湿微气候。其下方设置了电地暖系统，以备冬季不时之需。如此，在寒冷的冬季时候也可以接待前来观赏老君山雪景的游客。

The superstructure is constructed by prefabricated steels frames, and the stilted volume contributes to the ecology consideration of this site.
