This Concert Hall is located in Bandar Lampung City, this is based on data which states that: first, the people of Lampung have high interest and potential in the field of music, there are at least 2 music events a week in Bandar Lampung City. Second, Bandar Lampung has the potential to become one of the centers of the independent music industry in Indonesia because music players and enthusiasts continue to grow, this is also due to the location of Bandar Lampung which is not far from Jakarta which is the center of the music industry in Indonesia. Third, many major events in Bandar Lampung do not yet have adequate facilities and infrastructure.
Shape
Horse-shoe shape creates closeness between the audience and the source of the sound, but the concave shape on the left can create sound absorption which is too high.
Floor
The floor in the audience area must be made quite sloping or oblique (Doelle, 1990), because the sound is more easily absorbed when propagates past the viewer by grazing incidence). The incline of the audience floor is 15° and should not be more than 30° for security and safety
Wall
Wall as controller meanshas a function to muffle sound to reduce reflections the sound produced while the wall as a guide means served as a reflector.
Ceiling
The ceiling is a reflector to bend the sound according to the angle laying the ceiling, for that the shape of the ceiling or ceiling can be used to distribute sound evenly throughout room.
Balcony
The angle of view of the upper overhang balcony is 40°, so that the audience can watch the show freely unobstructed by other spectators. Space at the bottom of the balcony must not exceed twice the height of the space so that echo does not occur.
Sound System
Scattered, scattered placement types provide clarity and the clarity of the sound produced.
Lobby
The character of lobby area transform locality of Lampung architecture into interior design which uses the shapes and motifs of Tapis Lampung which are applied to the motifs on the walls. The lobby room impresses an area that is welcome to all generations but still depicts historical value.
Welcome gallery
To provide insight and remind the history and development of music in Lampung, it is necessary to accommodated a welcome gallery which contains details of world music , Indonesian music to Lampung music.
