文创园概述Description of culture park

北京万里石文创园位于北京市朝阳区三间房南里4号院2049文创园E18，公司占地3000多平米，建筑面积1200平米，四周环绕着七颗树龄60年以上的法国梧桐树，这也寓意着万里石专注于主业，把产品和服务做到极致，品牌引得四方客。北京万里石文创园是万里石集团继厦门梦工厂之后在高端家装领域的又一创举，定位于私人家装的高端定制服务，为高端别墅、私人豪宅等提供整体解决方案。

设计解析

文创园是在一个有几十年历史的厂房基础上改造而成的，厂房的基本情况就是一个长方形的二层建筑，外墙及室内都比较简单，大量的玻璃窗和简易的屋顶结构。当我们接到这个设计任务，勘察现场的时候，发觉改造还是有点难度，原始的结构已经不足以支撑新加的楼板，对于这个建筑而言，结构的处理是最大的投入。在这个改造项目中，需要很多专业的设计介入其中，建筑、园林、结构、机电、灯光和室内设计等。面积不大，但是需要协调的事情很多。从外到内的都需要全面的统筹考虑。

万里石文创园既然是以石材展示及销售为主要目的展示空间，那么石材在设计当中的运用就是理所当然。为此，设计师专程到厦门万里石工厂进行了考察，希望能在厦门找到石材文创的精髓，为设计找到灵感。天然石材是大自然鬼斧神工的杰作，大自然才是最好的艺术家，石材的纹理美轮美奂，怎么样才能把石材最美，工艺最精良的一面展示给客户呢？这个就是我们在这个项目中重点要做的事情。

Culture Park is in a factory have decades of history on the basis of transformation, and the basic condition of the factory almost like a rectangular buildings of two floor. Exterior and interior was simple finished which a lot of glass Windows and simple structure of roof. We found the project will be a little difficult since the original structure was not strong enough to support the new floor so the structure work will one of the biggest investment when we got the design task and first time to survey the scene. A lot of professional design is needed to get involved in the project, such as architecture, architecture, structure, electromechanical, lighting and interior design. The area is small, but there are many things that need to be coordinated. Everything from external to internal needs comprehensive consideration. Since it is the main purpose of the display and sales of stone material display space, the application of stone material in design is taken for granted. To this end, the designer went to Xiamen Wanli Stone Factory for investigation, hoping to find the essence of stone culture in Xiamen and looking for inspiration for the design. Natural stone is the masterpiece of nature and nature is the best artist. It will be a big question for us which how to put the stone is the most beautiful process to represent the finest to customers? That’s what we’re going to focus on in this project.

建筑设想

怎样把一个相对破旧的厂房变成一个看着既现代又实用的展示空间呢，我们在建筑的外立面结构上并没有做过多的改造，而是强调入口及主立面，把形象做到最实用化。建筑的主立面依然是对称的结构形式，加建的入口玻璃圆厅，结合了实用功能及风水学的要求。通透、聚气、也形成了建筑主立面的核心亮点，将原有建筑的单调变得虚实结合，现代与传统融为一体。西面的主立面，把灰砖外墙与玻璃窗进行了改造，增加了石材的外幕墙形式，既打破了原始，又将万里石的石材进行了实物展示。

How to get a relatively old workshop into a looking at both modern and practical exhibition space? we did not have much change on he building’s facade structure but emphasizes the entrance and the main façade to make the most practical figure in these area.

The main facade of the building is still a symmetrical structure with the glass round hall in entrance, which combines practical functions with the requirements of feng shui.

The core of the main facade of the building is transparent and combined, which has changed from monotony of the original buildings to the modern integration with tradition.

We renovated the grey brick wall and the glass window on the main facade of the west side and add stone curtain wall, which not only broken the original feeling and also exhibited the stone material of wanli stone.

园林思路Landscape ideas

园林景观同样是这个项目的关键因素，在文创园的用地范围里，最抢眼的莫过于门口沿路的七颗大树，有60年历史的法国梧桐。在梧桐树的掩映之下，阳光洒落，光影斑驳，一栋建筑与自然的最美结合。在建筑物的四周，有近3000平米的园林，怎样将园林与建筑作为最完美的统一和结合，我们希望打造的是景观的趣味性与石材艺术性的展示合二为一，那么我们找来了在厦门美术馆门口的雕塑—-和谐，是艺术家专门为万里石集团创作的艺术雕塑，象征着一种和谐共生的精神。

The garden landscape is also a key factor in this project. In the scope of the land of Culture Park, the most eye-catching is the seven trees along the road which 60-year-old French sycamore. Under the cover of the sycamore trees, the sun shines, the shadow mottled shown the most beautiful combination of a building and nature. There are nearly 3000 square meters of gardens around the perimeter of the building, it will be a question which how the landscape and architecture as the most perfect unity and combination. We want to build the landscape of interest with stone art exhibition together, so we took the sculpture at the entrance of the xiamen art gallery – harmony. It is the sculpture art which specifically created for Wanli Stone Group. It is a symbol of the spirit of a harmonious coexistence.

在园林的西南角，我们设计了具有趣味性的石头鸟巢，鸟巢内有六个巨型石蛋，象征着孕育和生命的含义，象征万里石的企业生命的繁衍生生不息。同时，为文创园提供了趣味性的亮点，可以吸引参观者与周边人群的目光，为文创园可以吸引一定的眼球。

草地、微地形、碎石铺地、石材甬道、小广场、艺术雕塑、石头灯等多种元素结合在一起，丰富了感官，也衬托出建筑的简约与力量感。

In the southwest corner of gardens, we designed an interesting stone bird’s nest and bird’s nest contains six giant stone egg, a symbol of the conception of life and a symbol of wanli stone enterprise reproduction of life. At the same time, it provides interesting highlights for Culture Park, which can attract the attention of visitors and the surrounding crowd, which can attract a certain amount of eyeballs for Culture Park. Combine together with grass, microtopography, gravel paving, stone alley, Small Square, art sculpture, stone lamps and other elements to enrich the senses and also foil the architectural simplicity and power sense.

室内创新Indoor innovation

文创园的室内设计，是设计师花心思最多的地方，除去应有的功能布局，更重要的一点是，我们不想把它仅仅做成一个石材的展厅。而是通过空间的划分，材料的混搭，色彩的结合，把展示空间变成一个多维度的活动空间，它既是展厅、也是博物馆、更是一个全新的共享空间，人们可以在这个区域沟通、交流、办公、休闲、打破固有的空间方式，改变人们对办公及展示的原有概念。

The interior design of Culture Park is the place where the designer spends most of their time. Except the functional layout and more importantly, we don’t want to make it into a stone exhibition hall but a multidimensional space. Designer aim to change the exhibition space to multiple dimensions space by separated the space, mixing the material and color combination. it is the exhibition hall but also a museum, and a new Shared space. People can communicate, office, leisure in this space and break the inherent way of space, to change the people’s original concept of office.

室内主入口的设计，是整个空间的轴线中心，也是整体形象的核心部分，在圆形玻璃大厅的中心，设置了水池和石头装置。水池的设置主要是风水考量，入口有水，将是纳财的好兆头。球形的碎石头装置，是将石材的力量感最充分的体现，它的爆发与凝聚都结合在一起，是一种石头固有的力量—石力。我们也将取谐音—实力。充分展示出万里石上市公司在世界发展的前景与实力。

The interior main entrance design is the axis center of the whole space and the core part of the overall image. The pool and stone equipment are set in the center of the circular glass hall. The setting of the pool is mainly the geomantic consideration, it will be the good omen of the wealth by put the water in entrance area. The broken stone device of the ball is the most sufficient embodiment of the strength of stone material, its outburst and agglomeration are all combined together. It is a kind of stone’s inherent strength – stone force. We will also take the homophonic – power to fully demonstrate the prospects and strength of the company’s development in the world.

在W环形石头隔屏旋转而上，是将整体室内空间贯穿的语言，黑白灰W石材拼图，取自“万”字的第一个字母，石头隔屏既是形象也是楼上楼下的空间划分方式。分隔却不失通透。地面曲线的石材拼贴将是展现万里石公司在石材的工艺上的杰作，精雕细琢。墙面与顶面则是化繁为简，简简单单的刷漆，黑白灰的关系一目了然。大厅的功能则是作为展示与举办活动的主要场地，石材艺术画与雕塑的展示，将是最能直接体现出石材工艺的最高境界。

The function of the hall is the main venue for displaying and holding activities. The exhibition of stone art paintings and sculptures will be the most direct manifestation of the highest level of stone technology.

选材室设在一层的最北侧，相对独立，墙面展示的石材超过100种之多，展示着各种各样的特殊石材。这个区域将是最直接的展示及销售区域，设计师与客户可以在这里找到他们想要的石材。同时、通过销售人员的讲解，也可以充分了解石材的特性，给出最合理，最有价值的建议。

The material select room is located in the northernmost part of one floor which relatively independent. There are more than 100 kinds of stone on the wall, displaying all kinds of special stone material. This area will be the most direct display and sales area where designers and customers can find the stone materials they want. At the same time, through the sales person’s explanation, also can fully understand the stone material characteristic and give the most reasonable and valuable suggestion.

超过100平米的多功能大厅，是文创园为日常举办活动、会议、发布而准备的，功能灵活多变，空间通透。墙面的设计为六边形的吸音板与石材搭配而成，既可以起到吸音的功能，又可以展示石材，让人们可以了解到，石材可以有多种多样的用途，并非只是千篇一律的铺在地上，贴在墙上。

More than 100 square meters of multi-functional hall, it’s the daily activities, meetings, and release and preparation area of Culture Park. The function is flexible and changeable also the space is thorough. Wall designed as hexagonal sound-absorbing board and stone material collocation, it not only can play a sound-absorbing function but also an exhibition area of stone. To make people understand that stone material can have a variety of purposes which is not just put on the wall or spread on the ground.

VIP接待室设置在最南侧，有独立的入口和通道，做的最合理的动线布局，作为企业内部的客户招待使用，简单的新中式风格，色彩雅致。

二层是文创园的办公区域，分成南北两个区域，可以容纳50人办公。设计简洁大气的办公区域，开敞明亮，给员工更多的自由发展空间。

VIP接待室，the vip room

VIP reception room is set in the south side with independent entrance and channel. Design as simple new Chinese style with elegant color and the most reasonable moving line layout which serve the internal guest. The second floor is the office area of Culture Park, which is divided into two regions and accommodates 50 people. Design as concise atmosphere office area which open bright for give staff more free development space.
