online audio platform SoundCloud has moved into its new offices in berlin, a 4,000 square meter transformation of a former brewery adjacent to the berlin wall. completed by german architecture practice KINZO, alongside kelly robinson, the conversion sees the preservation of much of the structure’s industrial charm, with flexible workspaces promoting the company’s culture of continuous and creative exchange.exposed concrete and distressed surfaces are utilized throughout, complimented with the a number of vibrant and dynamic insertions. surrounded by bright blue bean bag chairs, a wood burning fireplace sits within one particular room allowing the organization’s employees to communicate and converse in a more relaxed environment.various meeting rooms differ in terms of scale and furnishings, offering a range of appropriate characteristics. a small library is positioned within the building’s structural columns, while on-site cooking is provided for the site’s 200 workers.
