As the official training center of the Los Angeles Kings Hockey Club, the Toyota Sports Center was in need of a revitalization befitting the 2014 Stanley Cup champions. The 15,800-square-foot renovation incorporates an athletic training room, players’ changing area, dining room, kitchen, video screening room and administrative offices. The most dramatic changes were the addition of an operable roof over a relocated weight room and the creation of a well appointed players’ lounge with outdoor patio, kitchen, gaming area, dining and media center. In addition to the improved training facilities, the new Toyota Sports Center also serves as a valuable recruiting tool.
