OSG OIL Company is situated in an interesting expansion area of the city. Today it is an industrial area but the owners are interesting in a future development of this property because it is a strategical zone for the expansion of the city. It is near the sea and well connected with center of the city.

This work is a Preliminary Project and feasibility study for the architectural and urban redevelopment of the area to redefine the functions, the constructions and the paths.

This project involves the insertion of new business and receptive buildings and the reuse of the existing buildings to create showrooms and commercial centers.
