The purpose of the reconstructive measures is to create spaces for convenient placement of the main and auxiliary premises of the scientific and information center.
It is supposed with preservation of dimensions of existing buildings, dismantling of emergency structures and carrying out of reconstructive works on a complex of buildings.
The complex consists of two separate buildings connected by a single entrance group of rooms in the level of the ground floor, and an overhead transition in the level of the second one.
Building 1 - a three-story building with a basement and an attic with pitched roof. The building undergoes a complete redevelopment with the preservation of all, both internal and external walls. The original historical appearance is restored, the existing attic is being dismantled for this purpose.
- in the basement (page 1) premises of the engineering equipment of the complex (heat point, switchboard room, pumping rooms) are located.
-in the basement of the buildings 2 and 4 are located the premises of the entrance group, the parking lot for 34 parking spaces.
-the first, second floors of all buildings and the 3rd floor of the 1st building are occupied by the premises of the main purpose (working premises, offices).
- In the attic premises of the complex there is engineering equipment.
