Ünder Architects recently completed the design of the offices for IT service management company, itelligence, located in Istanbul, Turkey.
itelligence office project is located in -4,20, -8.40, -12.60 levels of NidaKule Ataşehir. The building only has daylight between the building and retaining wall trought the shortest facade of the building. The entrance to the building is on the second floor and can be accessed directly. The column scheme and plan depth are outside of typical office standards.
Today’s office approach is known to give employees a choice, to support flexible working principles and to cooperate with creativity and innovation. The itelligence company, which has a young employee profile, is also aimed at a design method in which flexible areas are maximized, taking into account the objectives of the employer.
