This is a very special project where the architect has not only focused on the detailed design of the interior but has also designed and produced 80% of the furniture and artistic decor to have a total control in the realization of a truly unique and inimitable environment.

Apartment located in one of the most prestigious districts of Tirana in Kavaja street "Park Construction" (Delijorgji) followed since the initial phase of the rifle.

The client's requirements are that the apartment when living does not give the feeling of a standard apartment but creates the comfort, luxury and warmth of a small private villa.

To achieve this, the first objective was to transform the corridor from a narrow and dark entrance, into a lobby with the possibility of landing and natural lighting. The apartment was designed with two bathrooms, but both small and the main bedroom also a very modest room. Eliminating one of them managed to create a larger main bathroom and the acquired space allowed the transformation of the bedroom into a suite with an area dedicated to relaxation and body care with a modern hydromassage bath in the center.

The furniture is dominated by massive wood material worked in the contemporary Italian trend, two chimneys placed one in the living room and the other next to the bathtub in the bedroom, the craftsmanship and the heating system in the living room hidden in the ceiling are among key elements in meeting set objectives. And the last element that complemented and strengthened the uniqueness and warmth of the apartment are the paintings on american standard wires painted in concordance with the client by the architect himself, turning the apartment into a rare and not repetitive realization.
