A new definition of dwelling space
Just a short stroll from the historic centre, in the residential area of Castelfranco Veneto, a private villa stands out, differentiated by its modern characteristics and the lighting the highlights its uniqueness.
SIMPLE VOLUMES FOR ESSENTIAL AND ELEGANT LIGHTING
Built on land where a ‘60s era villa once stood, the dwelling is cutting-edge with the A4 energy class adopted, thanks to the LED technology and solar panels. The technical lighting features chosen were integrated perfectly with the architecture, seeking to maintain the characteristics of the cladding for the thermal insulation with which the villa is covered.
Last, but not least, a small garden frames the image in the evening hours, making the villa a lively illuminated point of the neighbourhood.
The project involves both the inside and outside of the dwelling. The aim of the selection was the use of products with colour temperature of 3000k in order to create a compromise between lighting performance and the emission of warm light. At the entrance, we are welcomed by the line flush mounted modular Gypsum_Cell spot light, then followed by Fylo. For the living room lighting, Gypsum_Cell were chosen, for the false ceiling flush mounts, Pool_C were selected and the circular Pool_S lamps. In the kitchen, on the other hand, we find the Baton suspension accompanied by Reika for the indirect lighting of the shelf. On the lower floor, the play room is vivaciously clothed by the imaginative and versatile Mr. Magoo. Accompanying the ascent to the upper floor is the simplicity of Fylo and the essentiality of Gypsum_WR3. Here, the master bedroom and the closet were illuminated thanks to the synergy of various elements. In the bedroom, Fylo is followed by the simple and refined Mini-outlines. The flush and recess-mounted Anton_R and Anton_RJ spotlights complete the project design. We also find Fylo for the changing room, along with the Epitax spotlight. Last, but not least, for the hallway adjacent to the bedrooms, the simplicity of the shapes and illumination of Box was chosen. For the bathrooms of the dwelling, three products were included: the thin and simple Tablet, the geometrical perfection of Xilema and the flush mounted Nitum spotlight.
Exiting the villa, we find ourselves in a small garden, but well lit so that it can be enjoyed in the evening hours as well. Fylo outdoor is the protagonist, covering the external perimeter of the cladding. Mya, strategically positioned on the Northwest corner of the house, highlights the volumes of the construction. The Oh! and Oh! Smash spheres bring their strong personality to the garden area, while the Clivo projectors, with variable focal length, describe the forms of the olive tree and bonsai.
Lastly, the car park is delimited by Alcor_1 and the path, which leads from it to the entrance of the dwelling, is marked by the rings of light produced by Concentrica_R.
