As communication has become much easier, these migrations are becoming more and more frequent as the political and economic situation deteriorates. These migrations and relocations create different situations politically, economically and socially that the countries or places of destination in response to such an influx of people and integrating the lives of these people in the destinations are among the issues that are being addressed. The present has become very important. Unfortunately, the organization and settlement of these immigrants is determined by global policies. Designing a complex for the accommodation of refugees and especially Afghan migrants in a suitable situation for the growth of society, such that manpower and other existing conditions of Iran and Afghans living in the ruling order that provide continuity in Iranian architectural design on human relations and revitalization of environmental contexts in Destruction is the goal of the project.
