The headquarter of the SCHERDEL Group is located in Marktredwitz, Germany.
The company has 29 locations worldwide. The companys focus is in development and production of technical springs. the headoffice has been continuously expanded and converted since it was founded in 1889 .
at last, in 2011, the reorganization and redesign of the office area was decided. the existing building remained largely intact, space-forming components were given a face-lift, furnishings has been renewed or designed in accordance with current usage.
The new colors and new materials responds to the existing installations. The office space has been regrouped. a separate area has been given to each working group.
personal workplaces has been summarized to “work islands” with 2 or 4 places. meeting and communication areas has been located zu each department.
