The role of artisan beers has led to a constant demand for specialization and productive sophistication, but at the same time it becomes a fashion phenomenon, a global need to demonstrate its taste, its ability to choose and to become aware of its lifestyle . The contemporary challenge is to create Agribirrifici that are both production sites, but also fascinating and evocative spaces, perfectly integrated with the surroundings. The site for beer production has been deliberately considered as a "part of the landscape", a fragment of territory where art and culture, innovation and tradition, agriculture and industry, blend into an assembly that has to balance different and varied aspects. We wanted to overthrow the classic concept of a production plant or industrial shed, trying to give it first of all a soul, an architectural dress that could communicate with the naturalistic context but at the same time be able to thrill.
