Nothing Big But Eat, a brand specialized in Tujia ethnic cuisine, has entrusted with us a project located in the core commercial area of Changsha City, hoping that we can convey heritages and innovation.
项目本身铺位比较特殊，被商场通道一分为二，而我们感觉这种形态非常有利于营造出更加开放性的效果空间，并且山间里的土家民居常有这样的布局。
The position of the project is rather special and it is divided into two parts by the aisle of a mall. We think this allows us to create a more open space and echoes the layout of many Tujia ethnic dwellings in the mountains.
当然，我们的设计并不是来还原一个原始的场景，而是要带入一种风情，哪怕是一份乡愁。
Of course, our design is not to restore an original state, but to create a style, even nostalgia.
我们把三种以上的材料都选择了接近的色系，也把大量的墙面选择了最朴素的处理表达，仅仅留下了质感和光影，更加注重了通道分开后，两边相望的那种暧昧和暖意的角色扮演。
We have selected the same color scheme for more than three kinds of materials and treated the walls with the simplest styles, highlighting textures, light and shadow. The spaces separated by the aisle are facing each other, giving a feeling of ambiguity and warmth.
