Gensler has designed the headquarters for customer experience management company Acticall Sitel Group, located in Miami, Florida.
With a transparent and collaborative environment, Acticall sitel’s new Miami headquarters fosters an exchange of ideas and innovation.
After evaluating several locations to consolidate and relocate its headquarters from Nashville following its merger with France-based Acticall Group, Sitel chose Miami as its new headquarters due to its international status as a global destination—a cosmopolitan city rich in culture and accessible from anywhere in the world. As a leader in providing outsourcing of customer experience management, Sitel’s new workspace reflects their core values of employee empowerment, open communication, and service excellence.
An open floor plan with collaboration areas throughout encourages interaction and teamwork. Interior offices are shared by management to increase efficiency and reduce the real estate footprint. The café and conference rooms are placed on the perimeter so all employees can take advantage of prime views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. A ratio of 1:1 collaboration to assigned seating empowers employees with choice in work mode.
Sitel Miami fuses elements from their previous locations: clean and modern elements from Paris are complemented with hints of warmth from Nashville. Reclaimed wood tables balance with polished concrete and exposed ceilings. Furniture is minimalistic with pops of color that reference the new company’s subsidiary brands. Glass office fronts are framed black giving a crisp and sharp contrast to the pure white space. The design team met a fast-track schedule by providing comprehensive design presentations and exceptionally accurate Revit models with 3D views.
