喜欢老榆木和老石板带来的岁月的痕迹，喜欢昏暗的灯光，也喜欢雨天和石带来的安全感。不需要浮华与修饰，即便失去往日夺目的色彩，但内在沉淀的美却是经久不衰的。市井长巷，聚拢来是烟火，摊开来是人间。我是个矛盾的人，喜欢孤独，也喜欢你，就像侘寂的静与火焰的烈。

I like how old elm and the old slate have a sense of time; how the lights dim down; how rain and stone have the sense of safe and peacefulness. Glitz and decorations are not necessarily needed, even if the dazzling colors are grind off, the beauty of the inner precipitation is enduring. The long alleys of the city, glows when it comes together, the world when it spreads out. Paradox of me, I like loneliness, and I like you, just like the stillness of wabi-sabi and the strength of flames.

W为所有在这座繁华忙碌的城市努力生活的人们，提供一个好好吃饭的庇护所。W设计的这个庇护所，没有华丽的门头，过多的装饰，我们用最朴质的木和石，保留了最初对生命力和美的诠释。一砖一瓦都经历了并且将会经历时间的沉淀，用最自然朴质的表达方式冲淡浮躁。

W wants to provide a environment for those who work hard to live in this bustling a sanctuary to have a great meal. In this shelter designed by W, there are no ornate figure and excessive decoration, we use the most original wood and stone to retain the simple interpretation of vitality and beauty. Each brick and tile has experienced and will experience the precipitation of time, diluting impetuousness with the most natural and simple expression.

谁说一家餐厅不能有思有想，《侘与火》，跟你一样，也是平静而热烈的个体。通过使用昏暗的灯光，朴素的木和石，使这里的一砖一瓦，一草一木，在这座诺大繁忙的城市里，渗透了一处侘寂的庇护所。逆时间之河而上，通过平静的空间，窥见平静与美食的碰撞。

Who said that a restaurant can’t be thoughtful, “Wabi and Fire”, just like you, is also a calm and enthusiastic individual. Through the use of dim lighting, plain wood and stone, every brick and tile here, every grass and every tree, permeates a wabi-sabi style sanctuary in this busy city. Through this space, you can see the collision of calm and delicious food.

《侘与火》是一个矛盾体，是一个简洁安静的朴质和人间烟火的温暖共存的地方，希望每个人都可以在‘侘’与‘火’的交织中，找到属于自己的有温度的寂静。

“Wabi and Fire” is a combination of contradiction. It is a place where simplicity and warmth coexist. I hope everyone can find their own warm silence in the interweaving of ‘Wabi’ and ‘fire’.

烟火人间，侘寂长存，所谓的矛盾体，不过是一直探索着彼此渗透的机会。
