Match #158 Lydie Kochetkova by Saima Altunkaya for L’Officiel Ucraina April 2012 | White daffodils What started as a personal archive full of content taken off the internet, soon became her own little project in which visuals sharing similar patterns would be selected and then combined into individual spreads, with the purpose of showcasing that everything, is, or can be related in some way. Although the young designer claims that finding the right match is not quite the easy task (taking many hours, sometimes days or even weeks), her talent soon becomes apparent just by looking at all the different combinations found on her blog. Difficulty aside, Luini ’s work reminds us that a perfect pair will always be found if we keep looking, just one of the many elements we choose to keep from our visual journey through WISF .
