Location: 25 Km northwest of Mashhad - central part of Toos village - 5 Km southwest of historic Ferdowsitomp. The garden was built for the masters of the village, and after death it was used for many years, but later it was abandoned and further degraded until today, when some architects try to restoration and revitalization.

According to the location of this building and its proximity to Ferdowsi’s tomb and the historic city of Toos, which shows the roots of Khorasan, the Intangible Heritage Foundation aims to increase the awareness of the people and enthusiasts in the area of protection of remaining heritages and the handicrafts of people living in the region. Trying to do other people in Khorasan.The building consists of two floors, on the ground floor of which are workshops for handicrafts by locals, creating jobs for local residents and visiting people, and eventually buying them from products in the exhibit and booths,are including the design goals of the complex. In the space of the pond room in the northern part of the building, there are programs to perform traditional plays of Khorasan and the narrative of Shahnameh Ferdowsi, which are publicly visited.On the first floor, a greenhouse is designed in the south, in addition to creating an atmosphere suitable for the restaurant of this floor, the cultivation of organic plants and their use in the kitchen.There are stands in the garden and on both sides of the building to sell the products and present Khorasan’s arts.
