“水之墅”一共 4 层（1 楼挑高约 6 米，带夹层），推开入户门，玄关是一方落地玻璃围合出的“天光中庭”，空灵机巧，视线可一路穿越客厅、露台，直抵南面的一抹湖山。

4 楼的主卧套房，自带两个大露台，南侧是主人夫妇的私密露台，北侧则是亲友聚会的“派对露台”。
