The practice is renowned for its ability to create homes that blend harmoniously into their environment, and has extensive experience using Clifton’s steep slopes as a frame for magnificent ocean views," said Basil Moraitis of the real estate agency tasked with taking the home to market.

House 3 spans four levels, with the lower two storeys accommodating staff quarters, garaging for four vehicles, an entrance foyer and storage space. The upper levels “float” above this stone clad plinth and include the main accommodation and living areas of the home.
