It is about the central offices of the CARPO company, that is active on wholesale and retail sale of nuts, coffee, chocolate, dried fruits with stores in Greece and abroad.
The office spaces are placed on the top floor, that covers an area of 545.00 sq. m, of a three storey building.
The design approach of the company’s stores, combined with the deferent materials used in them, have been also transferred onto the office spaces.
Creating a variety of spaces, such as closed personal offices and big open spaces where employees and visitors can meet, was the basic target of the synthesis. For this purpose, colourful curtains where used, that transform the space when they are opened or closed.
Natural and intimate materials were used in the design: apparent brick and cement mortar on the walls, OSB wood and black metal on the cladding, mosaics for the floor and posted metal grids on the ceiling.
The furniture, lighting and separation curtains, adds colour and looseness on the space.
