本案选址于杭州市钱塘新区金乔街和乔新路交叉处，古城新区宛如老干新竹，在延续江南山水诗画意境的同时，亦在区块的规划布局中注入了更多桥接未来的设想。交通、教育等先进配套设施的落成奠定了区域未来的比较优势，也同样为此地的人居设计赋予提前感知未来生活的使命。

01MOONLIGHT GARDEN

潮映望月府

售楼处作为一系列人居设计主题的集中呈现，则需要与目标群体的消费观念与生活需求相契合，以去销售化的文创街区模式满足年轻人对现实世界的探索欲，以此传递品牌个性与价值。

As a concentrated presentation of a series of human settlement design themes, the sales office needs to be in line with the consumption concept and life needs of the target group, and meet the young people’s desire to explore the real world with the cultural and creative block model of de-marketing, so as to convey the brand personality and value.

跟随循序渐进的设计笔触步入空间，空间丰富多元的细节与要素也渐次展开。整体空间在体块的错落变化中切分为不同主题的个性区域，功能、风格、造型各异的空间通过设计师艺术化、体系化的叙述方式集成整体，让品牌对年轻化的追求不再囿于概念，而是以蓬勃的生命力具现出来。

Following the progressive design strokes into the space, the rich and diverse details and elements of the space are gradually expanded. The overall space is divided into individual areas with different themes in the scattered changes of the volume, and the Spaces with different functions, styles and shapes are integrated into the whole through the designer’s artistic and systematic narration, so that the pursuit of the brand for youth is no longer limited to the concept, but is manifested with vigorous vitality.

02BRAND & CULTURAL

品牌 & 文创区

设计师将IP联名、文创书吧、企业文化三大板块结合，将“城市多元生活”作为核心概念呼应新锐文化潮流，引发人们的情绪共鸣。独树一帜地创造出一域复合式的艺术文创生活空间，在设计语境下以浓墨重彩的创新笔法为品牌的商业价值赋势蓄能。

Designers will IP co-name, cultural and creative book bar, corporate culture three plates combined, the "urban multi-life" as the core concept echoes the new cultural trend, triggering people’s emotional resonance. It creates a unique and complex artistic and cultural living space, and enriches the commercial value of the brand with the innovative brushwork of thick ink and color in the design context.

整饬连贯的空间被大格栅展柜分割出不同脉络，线与面的穿插与连接丰富了空间层次，也将零散的文创展品整合为完整、明确的情绪氛围。金属与夹丝玻璃等现代装饰材料以冷硬、锐利的质感与造型设计天马行空的潮玩IP雕塑、书籍文创摆件相映成趣。

The orderly and coherent space is divided into different veins by large grille display cases, the interspersing and connecting of lines and surfaces enriches the spatial level, and also integrates scattered cultural and creative exhibits into a complete and clear emotional atmosphere. Modern decorative materials such as metal and wire glass complement each other with cold, sharp texture and unrestrained fashion sculptures and books.

作为一座生活艺术博物馆，这里不仅可以容纳锐意鲜明的个性强调，也能安放恣意慵懒的心绪与念想。

As a living art museum, it can not only accommodate sharp personality emphasis, but also place lazy thoughts and thoughts.

顺应空间体块的折转交错的节奏感，便来到中心的沙盘展区。光线透过全幅落地玻璃洒落于沙盘楼宇之间，真实风光与模拟景物虚实交融，内部环境与外部风物合为一体，虚实之间构筑了完整的逻辑闭环。

In response to the wrong rhythm of the space volume, we came to the sand table exhibition area in the center. The light falls between the sand table buildings through the floor-to-ceiling glass, the real scenery and the simulated scenery blend together, the internal environment and the external scenery are integrated, and a complete logic closed loop is built between the virtual and real.

WATER BAR & NEGOTIATION AREA

水吧 & 洽谈区

水吧与洽谈区居于空间另一侧，颜色、材质与照明的轻微过渡，潜移默化中便完成了功能区域的分区布局。

The water bar and the negotiation area are located on the other side of the space, and the slight transition of color, material and lighting completes the zoning layout of the functional area in a subtle way.

设计师利用丰富的层次变化，描摹出物品陈设随距离而高地起伏的景深妙笔，在不切断气息流通的前提下，允许人与空间的多元交互，让每一个场景都收纳于框景之内，应合了博物馆繁而有序的特性。

The designer uses rich level changes to depict the depth of field in which the objects rise and fall with distance. Under the premise of not cutting off the circulation of breath, the designer allows multiple interactions between people and space, so that every scene is contained in the frame, which should conform to the complex and orderly characteristics of the museum.

钢网屏风如相对而出的中式传统格栅，框定vip洽谈区界线的同时又保证了视觉的开阔连续。

The steel mesh screen is like the Chinese traditional grille, which frames the boundary of the VIP negotiation area while ensuring the open and continuous vision.

屏风挺拔尖锐的造型与疏落有致的纹理强调了区域的秩序感，而软糯温润的软装家居恰好以更为和煦的方式抚慰人们的身体与情绪，柔缓和严谨的交错，无形间为空间确定了特有的对话频率，为沟通提供了恰到好处的情绪氛围。

The erect and sharp shape of the screen and the scattered texture emphasize the sense of order in the area, while the soft waver and moist soft home just comforts people’s body and emotions in a more genial way, and the gentle and rigorous interleaving determines the unique dialogue frequency for the space intangibles and provides just the right emotional atmosphere for communication.

陈展历史并非单纯记录过去，而是通过对既有事物的总结，演化未来生活的方向。—— 这才是博物馆的真正意义。圣奥文诚售楼处项目恰如一座生活艺术博物馆，在包容年轻人迥异个性与多元追求的同时，也体现居家情调与生活温度，成为一方包容热情与倦怠，盛放理想与现实的复合空间。

History is not simply to record the past, but to evolve the direction of future life through the summary of existing things. That’s the true meaning of museums. The St. Auwencheng Sales Office project is just like a museum of living art, which not only embraces young people’s different personalities and diversified pursuits, but also reflects home atmosphere and living temperature, becoming a compound space that embraces passion and burnout, and fulfills ideals and reality.
