Previously, the space of thisapartmentin Milan was dark and gloomy due to the abundance of brown and unnecessary partitions. The designer left the original wooden beams and painted the walls and ceiling white, thereby visually expanding the area and letting in light into the room. The owner of the apartment is a writer and journalist, who loves to receive guests, so the extra walls were demolished and one spacious room was made. By the way, the kitchen island can be easily transformed into a dining table with benches. The master’s bedroom was placed on the mezzanine floor, and a net was pulled up to the left of the bed – for safety and not to obstruct natural light. But, perhaps, the main feature of the apartment is the terrace overlooking Milan’s Chinatown, where the owner loves to have parties in warm weather!See also:Bright and stylish Milan apartment
