A stone's throw from Parc Monceau, in the heart of the part of Paris fashioned by the Baron Haussmann, the new Hotel Bowmann proudly carries its five stars.

The Hotel is the work of the interior designer Laurent Maugoust who has payed attention to every detail, both aesthetic and technical. He likes the dialogue between different eras: from the timeless - almost fundamental - style Louis XVI to innovative and visionary twentieth century design most particularly.

Behind a Haussmanian facade, the hotel has been structured and designed by Laurent Maugoust as a residential home – with the complicity of the architect DPLG, Olivier Billotte-.

Whether Versailles or hungarian parquet floors, carved woodwork, decorative cornices and stucco ornaments bear witness to the imprint benevolent of the past, the interior designer did not wish to freeze the place in a certain style or timeframe. He has not yielded to the diktats of fashion and trends, anxious to preserve a spirit of timeless elegance.

Old materials have been associated - sometimes even confronted - with contemporary elements: sculptural marbles, textured materials, one-way mirrors, unstructured bronze luminaires gilded with the example of the Origami chandelier designed by Laurent Maugoust for the bar and restaurant.
