项目背景|Design Background

小茶院诞生于雅安名山骑龙村的一栋废旧宅基地之上。名山是毗邻成都的著名茶乡，当地村民世代以种茶为业，其丘陵状地貌间处处是一年常绿的横纵茶田。设计师同时也是民宿的合伙人特意挑选了这样一处位于出门见山、回头望村的地址，期望民宿可以成为乡与野之间的一种纽带。

Tea time courtyard was built on an abandoned rural house in Qilong, Ya’an. This neighborhood is famous for its’ massive production of green tea, where tea fields surround almost every inch of the whole village. The designer, also as one of the owners of this weekend villa carefully picked this site because it’s a junction between the village and nature.

设计构思|Design Concept

原有的建筑是一家茶农祖宅，随着兄弟分家，祖宅已被荒废只剩残垣。建筑基础为一L造型，斜向面对茶田，由一条三十余米的小径与村子主干道相连。设计师旨在遵从原有历史肌理，在L型基础上复建原有房屋作为主要客房区及餐厅。在院落的一角设计师放置了一组“开门见田”的客厅，与主要功能区形成45度错动。通过加建客厅围合出一处三合院落，并延伸至茶田边界。在此设计师将瑜伽平台与原有树木相互结合，旨在再现“走出门前炎日里，偷闲一刻是乘凉”的闲适场景。

Almost five years ago after the divide up of this family, this old rural house was dismantled and only left with the base and some of the walls. Tea time courtyard reconstructed on the old base as a L shaped facing the tea fields with a 45 degree angle. The designers arrange guest rooms, restaurant and kitchen on this original site, at the same time separately put the living room towards the tea fields to create a frame finder of the nature. This adds-up forms a semi-closed courtyard which extends to green sea. A platform surrounding an old tree was designed on the edge of this courtyard for the customers to feel the nature and the four seasons.

建造过程|construction & material

设计师希望院落打造为生于斯但不同于斯的独特风格：木结构托生于当地传统民居做法，但柱不再是唯一承重体，从节约材料、增大空间的角度出发，砌块墙体替代了部分柱的结构功能，但并不影响立面的通透效果；材料几乎全部采用当地原料，并大量回收了当地废旧砖瓦，部分沿用当地做法，部分采用现代做法；软装与配饰同样遵循着新与旧的冲撞，带有八十年代怀旧感的壁炉、暖壶、石磨与现代家具混合搭配。这些对撞与嫁接的手法一则出自对项目造价的严格控制，更是设计师对于建筑的一种理解——犹如我们的记忆，空间与质感的时间叠加产生了一种蒙太奇拼贴，它是人对童真与舒适感的回忆混合体，不连续但格外美好。

The design team try to abolish the postmodernism ironic style but using a style grafting traditional rural house with modernism. We borrowed local wooden structure work but mixed with brick structure to enlarge interior space and reduce cost. Most of the materials come from neighbor area, and a large number of old bricks and tiles was recycled. Some of it was represented as the traditional way, while others in a much more modern way. A mix of modern furniture and 80’s liked furniture brings not only crash but also our childhood memory. These series of design methodology represent a montage of old and new, traditional and contemporary, transparent and solid, as our memory, incoherent but with joy.
